Understated?

So, I was looking round (I guess that means surfing the web), reading some blogs about Bobby Trendy. I know you're asking why, but believe me, so am I. It's just that I can't decide what my opinion is on him, which is rather strange for me. Anyways, I came upon a very peculiar post.

Now, this would be kinda funny, if the commentor had been joking, but (s)he seems to be serious. Only in America could anyone understand English so poorly. But then again, maybe (s)he was joking all along... and I'm the idiot. I'm notoriously bad at understanding e-sarcasm. Maybe you can help me out with it. Either way (Mx. Anonymous or me), there ARE a lot of idiots out there.
